To brief you Bhiwandi Logistics Service is in the business of 3PL from last Many years now and manage almost 1.5 Lac Sq Feet of warehousing space in Mumbai, Delhi & Hyderabad put together. We manage both standalone as well as Multi client Facilities for our customers.

Our few esteemed customer in warehousing includes ETC and we provide them with the complete 3PL solutions on warehouse management which includes Manpower, Space, Infrastructure, IT, Software for First In First out and Inventory Management, Security and Admin Services. We serve all the formats of General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Com and EBO for our valuable customers.

As discussed we can provide you storage space in our upcoming Multi Client Facility which will Go-Live anytime by end March-2016 and we can give you a ground storage space of around 15k Sq Feet or more based on your business requirement. We work on 2 business models in warehousing  as explained during our telephonic conversation.

Model Fist :
In the first model only storage space can be provided as per the clients requirement which will include the basic shared amenities like 24*7 Security, CCTV, Fire Extinguishers, House-keeping & Hygiene, IT connectivity with 256 Mbps speed within the warehouse and OLPL will charge Rs.20/- Per Sq Feet as  facility management charges for 15k Sq Feet of built-up area including Rent and Rs.1.5/- as Warai charges Per Sq Feet. Overall Rs.21.5/- Per Sq Feet + Taxes.
Loading and Unloading will be charged extra at Rs.2.50/- per Box as handling charges.
Holiday working/Sunday will be charged at Rs. 6000/- Per Instance Excluding National Holidays.
Manpower can be on provided on need based at Rs.500/- Per person for 8 hours duty. Alternatively as discussed manpower can be appointed as per Minimum wages on monthly fixed basis at Rs.13000/- Per Person Plus Taxes. The warehouse functioning will be for 9 hours between 10 Am to 7 PM.

Prices and Rates would be changed as per market.

Model Second :

In the 2nd Model We will be responsible for managing the entire warehouse operations on behalf of the client including the Implementation of Process, SOP ,Inventory management, Capex Investment, Software support along with Manpower, Transportation requirement if any and end to end services. Here we work on cost plus model and charge 15% services charges as our management fees on the overall cost.
